New Account Promotion - Official Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern participation in the Topstep Brokerage New Account Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, each participant (each eligible participant, a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promotion is offered by Topstep Brokerage LLC (NFA ID: 0567079) (“Sponsor”) in connection with Topstep LLC’s (“Topstep”) simulated proprietary trading evaluation program, which is operated by TopstepTrader, LLC (“TopstepTrader”) and marketed publicly under the Topstep brand (the “Prop” program).

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of participation, and who possess a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number. Each Participant must provide complete and accurate personal and identifying information and must submit to all verification and compliance requirements established by Sponsor to be eligible for the Promotion. Each Participant must hold an active Topstep Prop account at the time of entry and Combine (defined below) award to be eligible for the Promotion. Limit one Combine will be granted per individual Participant, determined by reference to legal name and Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective immediate family members or members of the same household, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. Individuals located in jurisdictions subject to U.S. sanctions or who are otherwise listed on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, or on any similar governmental list, are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotional Period

The period in which the Promotion runs (the “Promotional Period”) will begin on October 6, 2026 and will continue until otherwise announced on Sponsor’s website, www.topstepbrokerage.com or via these Terms. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, delay, or end the Promotional Period at any time, and any such modification will be announced on Sponsor’s website. Any account opening, funding, or trading activity completed after the Promotional Period has ended will not qualify for the Combine.

3. Participation Requirements

To qualify as a Participant and be eligible for the Combine (described in Section 4), an individual must (i) agree to be bound by and comply with Sponsor’s Terms of Use; and (ii) complete all of the following during the Promotional Period: (a) open a Topstep Brokerage account with Sponsor, a registered introducing broker, which account is carried and cleared by Plus500US Financial Services LLC (NFA ID: 0001398) (“Plus500US”), a registered futures commission merchant, and which account remains subject to Sponsor’s and Plus500US’s review, approval, and completion of all account opening, compliance, and regulatory requirements (provided, however, this subsection (a) may be satisfied through such Participant having an existing Topstep Brokerage account which has not yet placed a trade as of the Effective Date); (b) fund the approved Topstep Brokerage account with a minimum of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) (the “Eligible Deposit”); and (c) place at least one live trade in the funded Topstep Brokerage account. Application for a Topstep Brokerage account does not guarantee approval of the account or receipt of the Combine. Sponsor will provide written confirmation once the account has been approved.

4. Promotional Reward

Each eligible Participant who satisfies all requirements of Section 3 will receive one (1) free Topstep Prop $50K Static Trading Combine® (the “Combine”). The Combine is a simulated-trading evaluation account provided through TopstepTrader under the Prop program and made accessible to Participant through TopstepX™. Although typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days, please allow up to thirty (30) calendar days following Participant’s completion of all requirements of Section 3 for the Combine to be credited to Participant’s Topstep Prop account. The Combine is subject to the then-current rules, terms, and conditions governing the Topstep Prop $50K Static Trading Combine®, including all trading objectives, drawdown and loss limits, and account rules established by TopstepTrader from time to time. The Combine is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and may not be converted into or redeemed for cash. The Combine will expire if not used within one (1) year after being awarded, and no cash, credit, refund, or other consideration will be provided for any failure to timely use the Combine. The Combine may not be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly authorized in writing by Sponsor. Limit one Combine per Participant, regardless of the number of Topstep Brokerage accounts opened, payouts taken, or trades placed.

5. Limits And Exclusions

Each Participant may receive only one Combine, regardless of the number of Topstep Brokerage accounts opened, payouts taken, or trades placed. Sponsor and TopstepTrader reserve the right to deny, withhold, or revoke the Combine if either determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, or other abuse of the Promotion, or has otherwise violated these Terms or the rules governing the Prop program. Any Participant who fails to complete identity verification, or who fails any compliance screening required by Plus500US or Sponsor, will be disqualified. If a Participant withdraws, reverses, charges back, or otherwise unwinds the Eligible Deposit used to qualify, or closes the Topstep Brokerage account before placing a qualifying trade, Participant will be disqualified and any Combine already credited may be revoked.

6. Account Approval

Participation in the Promotion, including the application for a Topstep Brokerage account, does not guarantee approval of the account or receipt of the Combine. Account approval is subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion and to regulatory considerations, operational capacity, and other business factors. All accounts under this Promotion must be opened with Sponsor, a registered introducing broker, and are carried and cleared through Plus500US.

7. Privacy And Communications

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant consents to Sponsor’s collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information, including identity verification data, for purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Participants acknowledge that Sponsor, Plus500US, and TopstepTrader may communicate with them by email, SMS, postal mail, or other lawful means regarding the Promotion, account status, the Combine, and other products or promotions. Participants may opt out of such communications to the extent permitted or required by law; provided, however, opt out of administrative communications reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, Participant’s account, and delivery of the Combine are required, and refusal of those required communications may result in ineligibility for the Promotion to the extent permitted under applicable law.

8. Regulatory And Risk Disclosures

This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) and the National Futures Association (“NFA”). Participation in the Promotion does not constitute or imply any endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the CFTC, NFA, or any futures exchange. Sponsor will maintain records of the Promotion consistent with CFTC Regulation 1.31 and applicable NFA recordkeeping requirements. All offers are contingent on the successful completion of Sponsor’s and Plus500US’s account opening processes, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer reviews, and any other compliance requirements imposed under CFTC and NFA rules. The Combine is a simulated-trading evaluation account offered by TopstepTrader under the Prop program; it does not involve the deposit or trading of real funds and does not represent live market execution. Simulated or hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and are not indicative of results that may be achieved in actual trading. The Prop program and the Combine are not brokerage products or services and are not offered by Sponsor or Plus500US, and participation in the Prop program is governed by the separate rules, terms, and conditions made available by TopstepTrader. Futures and options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. An individual can lose more than their initial investment. Each Participant should review the Risk Disclosure Statement of Plus500US and the Risk Disclosure Statement of Sponsor, available through the account opening process, before opening an account.

9. Release And Limitation Of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Plus500US, TopstepTrader, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, the Combine, or the account, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of such released parties. None of Sponsor, Plus500US, or TopstepTrader shall be responsible for delays, failures, or errors arising from technical malfunctions, communication failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control.

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant grants Sponsor, TopstepTrader, and their respective affiliates the right, but not the obligation, to use Participant's name, likeness, image, voice, photograph, biographical information, and any statements attributed to Participant for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by applicable law or regulation. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law or regulation, each Participant waives any right to inspect or approve any such use and releases Sponsor, TopstepTrader, and their respective affiliates from any and all claims arising out of or relating to such use, including claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, or false light.

10. Modification, Suspension, Or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Terms, change any offer details, suspend the Promotion, or terminate the Promotion in its entirety at any time, subject to applicable law and regulation. In the event of a material modification, such as a change in the Combine, eligibility, or qualification requirements, Sponsor will post notice on its website and, where required, provide notice directly to Participants.

11. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes must be brought individually, and not as part of any class or representative action, in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. Each Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of resolving any such dispute. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Sponsor Information

The Promotion is sponsored by Topstep Brokerage LLC, 130 S. Jefferson St, Chicago, IL 60661. The Topstep Prop $50K Static Trading Combine is administered by TopstepTrader, LLC. Participants may direct any questions or requests regarding these Terms to Contact Support or legal@topstepbrokerage.com.
